Skyscraper of the month

First Canadian Place, Toronto, Canada

First Canadian Place skyscraper located in Toronto, Canada

Rising 298 meters above Toronto’s Financial District, First Canadian Place has dominated the city skyline since its completion in 1975. Once the 8th-tallest building in the world, it held the title of Canada’s tallest tower for nearly 50 years before being surpassed by a newer neighbouring skyscraper. Known for its sleek modernist design and striking white façade, the tower houses more than 2.7 million square feet of office space and serves as a hub for Canada’s major banks and corporations.
